Jakarta, May 7, 2026 – The Buddhist Student Family (KMB) of Bunda Mulia University (UBM) Ancol Campus held a Mitta Sharing 2026 activity with the theme “The Mind Leads The Way: Creating Life with Awareness” which was held at The UBM Seminar Room (TUSR) 7th Floor Ancol Campus. This activity presented William Gunawan, S.Psi., M.Min., M.Si., Ph.D., CLC. and Abhisarano Johan., M.Pd as speakers, and Eric Fernando, SIP, M.Si. 刘思民. as moderator. With an interactive talk show concept, the speakers shared various interesting insights regarding the importance of self-awareness from a psychological and mindfulness perspective in the midst of dynamic student life.

Continuing the spirit of the previous year’s Mitta Sharing , this activity aimed to remind students of the importance of awareness in their studies and in the workplace. The speakers discussed how social media can influence a person’s mindset, emotions, and daily actions. Beyond just the presentation, the event also included a short workshop and various tips and tricks to cultivate calm, focus, and self-control, enabling participants to navigate their daily lives more wisely.

The event was held with great enthusiasm, especially during the Q&A session where participants could write down their impressions, messages, and questions which were then randomly selected by the committee. Through this activity, KMB Dhammamitta hopes that the students will not only gain new insights, but also be able to apply the value of awareness in their daily lives and strengthen harmonious relationships between members. Finally, KMB Dhammamitta said Sabbe Satta Bhavantu Sukhitatta , may all beings be happy. Sadhu… Sadhu… Sadhu… Sotthi Hotu, Namo Buddhaya, Namo Amitofo.
