Tangerang, September 24, 2026 – The Student Activity Unit (UKM) iCare Serpong Campus has successfully held the 2026 iCare Meet and Greet activity aimed at all prospective members of the iCare organization at Bunda Mulia University, Serpong Campus. This event was held on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at The UBM Lecture Hall, 5th Floor Alfa Tower Serpong Campus, with the theme “Get to Know iCare: Together We Care, Together We Grow”. Before entering The UBM Lecture Hall, every participant who has registered is required to register in front of The UBM Lecture Hall by filling out the attendance list. The event was opened by singing the Indonesian national anthem, UBM March, and iCare March. Next, the participants listened to remarks from the head of UKM iCare and the head of the 2026 Icare Meet and Greet event.

The event then continued with an icebreaker session “Say The Word On Beat” led by the MC to enliven the atmosphere. Next, the Chair and Vice Chair of iCare 2026/2027 presented their vision, mission, and explanations of the various activities carried out at iCare. The event continued with a short introductory session regarding the duties and roles of each iCare division. After participants were introduced to the existing division structure, they were given the opportunity to ask questions directly through a Q&A session conducted by the MC.

After the Q&A session, the participants then played the ‘Guess the Picture’ and ‘Myth or Fact’ games hosted by the Events Division. The winners of the games were awarded prizes by the Chief Executive. After that, the MC announced and presented awards to the winners of the Twibbon competition in three categories, namely: ‘The Most iCare’, ‘The Most 1000+ Aura’, and ‘The Most Most’. The series of events then ended with a documentation session with all participants and iCare administrators, then officially closed with a special performance from the iCare administrators for the 2026/2027 period. Before leaving the location, all participants were required to fill out the second attendance link and event feedback form.

After holding the “iCare 202 Meet and Greet” event, iCare then held an Interview for Prospective Members for 2026/2027 which could only be attended by participants who attended the 2026 Meet and Greet event. The Interview stage took place on Monday, September 21, 2026 to Thursday, September 24, 2026 in the Library Discussion Room, 9th Floor, UBM Tower, Serpong Campus. The Interview Room was divided into 3 rooms containing 2-4 interview committee members. Member interviews were conducted with the aim of determining the competencies, abilities, and suitability of prospective iCare members with the specifications determined by the Interview committee, as well as to get to know prospective iCare members for the 2026/2027 period better.

Through a series of Meet & Greet events and Prospective Member Interviews, iCare proudly and joyfully successfully implemented its first program for the 2026/2027 management period. This achievement certainly encourages us to carry out subsequent agendas. We hope that the implementation of this Meet and Greet can broaden the participants’ insights about iCare UKM while strengthening the sense of family within iCare. In addition, through the ongoing interview process, iCare hopes to attract the next generation of highly dedicated and able to create a close sense of family between members and the 2026/2027 iCare management.
