Meet and Greet, Interview – iCare UBM Serpong Campus 2025 “Meet iCare: Your First Step to Care & Serve”

Tangerang, September 29, 2025 – The Student Activity Unit (UKM) iCare, Serpong Campus, has successfully held the Meet & Greet iCare 2025 event for all students of Bunda Mulia University, Serpong Campus. The event took place on Friday, September 12, 2025, at The UBM Lecture Hall, 5th Floor, Alfa Tower, carrying the theme “Meet iCare: Your First Step to Care & Serve”.
Before entering the Lecture Hall, all registered participants were required to re-register. The event opened with the singing of the Indonesian national anthem (Indonesia Raya), the UBM Hymn, and the iCare Hymn. This was followed by welcoming speeches from the Head of iCare and the Event Chairperson.

Next, the MC led an ice-breaking session called “Jeruk dan Apel” to liven up the atmosphere and boost participants’ enthusiasm before moving on to the main agenda.
The core program continued with the presentation of iCare’s vision and mission, along with a general explanation of iCare’s activities by the Head and Vice Head of iCare for the 2025/2026 period. Afterward, each iCare division introduced themselves and gave a brief overview of their responsibilities. Once the participants were familiar with all divisions within iCare, they were given the opportunity to ask questions to any division during a Q&A session led by the MC.

After all questions had been answered, participants played two games: “Guess the Picture” and “Word Chain”, hosted by the event division. Game winners received prizes presented directly by the Event Chairperson.
In addition to game winners, the MC also announced and handed out prizes to Twibbon winners in several categories: Most Exciting, Most Mainstream, and Most iCare.
The event concluded with a documentation session and a performance by the iCare 2025/2026 committee. Before leaving, participants were required to fill out Attendance Form 2 and provide event feedback.

After attending the “Meet & Greet iCare 2025” event, a recruitment interview was held for 2025/2026 prospective members. Participants who attended the event had the opportunity to take part in this interview stage.
The interviews were conducted from Wednesday, September 24 to Friday, September 26, 2025, at the Discussion Room, 9th Floor, UBM Tower, Serpong Campus.
The purpose of the interviews was to assess the competencies, skills, and suitability of prospective iCare members based on the criteria set by the interview committee, as well as to get to know the candidates better for the 2025/2026 period.

By holding the Meet & Greet and Member Interview sessions, iCare proudly and joyfully completed its first event in starting the 2025/2026 term. This has sparked enthusiasm for the upcoming steps ahead.
We hope that the Meet & Greet iCare 2025 has increased participants’ understanding of iCare and helped foster positive relationships among students.
Additionally, we hope that through the interviews, iCare can find committed new members who will strengthen the sense of family within the iCare 2025/2026 team.
