Tangerang, September 2, 2026 – In an effort to welcome new members and introduce them to the organization, the Biems Theater Student Activity Unit of Bunda Mulia University (UBM) Serpong Campus successfully held a Meet and Greet activity. The event, themed “Step into Biems, Find your Adventure,” took place on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 5:45 PM to 9:00 PM WIB in Room 1408-1409, UBM Tower.
The Meet and Greet activity was opened with a short opening by Christian Ardiansyah and Theresia Klayer as MCs. After that, a speech was given by Ms. Vianesha Ariadne Santoso, S.M. as the Advisor of Biems Theater 2026/2027. The Meet and Greet then continued with a group formation session, an introduction to the Biems Theater management for the 2026/2027 period, and an interactive games session that made all new members involved. The activity continued with introductions and improvisational performances from Biems Theater alumni, a presentation of theater material delivered by the trainer, Kak Fariz Septian Alam , and a bonding session for new members guided by the management. As a form of documentation, the Meet and Greet ended with a group photo session with all event participants.
This activity was attended by 118 students, consisting of 83 new members, 27 active administrators, 7 administrators for the 2025/2026 period, 1 trainer, and 3 alumni from the previous generation of Biems Theater. Through this activity, new members are expected to feel warmly welcomed and become part of the big Biems Theater family. The main purpose of this Meet and Greet is to introduce Biems Theater Serpong to new members and make them more familiar with the environment, activities, and activities carried out by this organization. This activity shows that theater not only teaches courage to perform, but also trains cooperation between divisions, creativity, responsibility, and of course relationships with the team. It is hoped that those who participate can step up and contribute actively in the world of theater by joining Biems Theater Serpong.
