Tangerang, June 29, 2026 – The Daily Management Board of UKM Talent (MCU) Gen-5 UBM Serpong Campus held an MCU Training Camp (MTC) at Villa Red Pinus, Puncak, Bogor. This activity is a forum for providing competency and preparing for the leadership relay for BPH MCU Gen-6 which will be announced at the end of the event, as well as being open to all active members to improve their public speaking skills. The first day started enthusiastically at UBM Serpong Campus with MC Liony Seviana Soeprapto and Jansen Tjitrayudha. After the trip to Puncak, the event was officially opened with remarks from the Deputy Chair of the Event, Neysia Herlivia, and representatives of the Student Body (BKM), Ms. Nikita, S.Psi.
Entering the main agenda, the afternoon session was filled with an interactive workshop with Mr. Arihta Tarigan, S.Kom., MM, CDMS with the topic “ Level Up Your Organizational Knowledge ” to broaden insight into organizations. After dinner, Thomas Cristiansen and Quenna led the Olah Rasa session to practice breathing techniques, articulation, emotional management, and closed with self-reflection. The training continued with the mandatory MC Intensive Training session. Participants were randomly paired to host events with different themes and rundowns , where BPH Gen-5 directly assessed their creativity and dexterity in compiling and realizing scripts . The first day closed with the Gen-6 session. The prospective administrators showed solidarity through three special divisions: the Appreciation Video Division, the Appreciation Division (musical drama and flashmob ), and the Games Division. This exciting momentum successfully strengthened the togetherness of all participants as one big, solid UKM Talent (MCU) family.
The second day of the annual MCU Training Camp (MTC) program, organized by the Master of Ceremony Unit of Bunda Mulia University, Serpong Campus, was held with great enthusiasm. Hosted by Neysia Herlivia and Josevin Cindy as Master of Ceremony (MC) for day 2, the second day’s agenda focused on the highlight of the event, namely the inauguration of the leadership relay from the Gen-5 Daily Executive Board (BPH) to the Gen-6 BPH.
Entering the main agenda of the MTC, a solemn atmosphere enveloped the Inauguration and Handover of Position (Sertijab) session. The new formation of BPH Gen-6 was officially announced and underwent a strategic expansion to meet the challenges of the future work program, now totaling 25 administrators from the original 17 in Gen-5. After the inauguration and joint documentation to immortalize this historic moment, the initial steps of the new management immediately began on the bus ride home. The elected Chair and Vice Chair of UKM Talent (MCU) Gen-6 gave their inaugural speeches to explain the commitment and direction of the organization’s movement going forward. The two-day MTC series officially closed warmly with closing remarks from Yehezkiel Samuel as Chair of UKM Talent (MCU) Gen-5. The end of the MTC marked the readiness of UKM Talent (MCU) to move forward with the new energy of Gen-6 to continue producing talented presenters with character, creativity, and professionalism.
