          What is Visual Communication Design?

          The creative industry economy continues to grow in Indonesia. Not only that, but its prospects become more promising each year. One of the fields within the creative industry is Visual Communication Design, which studies the delivery of messages using visual elements.

          At Universitas Bunda Mulia, the Visual Communication Design program has been established since June 10, 2003, in accordance with the Director General of Higher Education Decree No. 11643/D/T/K-III/2012. The curriculum is designed to enable students to learn concepts, methods, and skills for analyzing, designing, and processing messages through visual language.

          The Visual Communication Design program has received dual accreditation, including Excellent Accreditation from BAN-PT and fully accredited status in International Accreditation.

          Project-Based Learning

          The Visual Communication Design curriculum is designed to be project-based, allowing students to apply their skills directly in real-world situations and build a portfolio for the job market.

          Concentration Program

          Concentration are chosen in the 4th semester of the Visual Communication Design program at UBM

          • Graphic Communication Design

            Students study the concepts and practices of visual communication design using graphic media to convey messages.

          • Animation and Film Design

            Students learn the concepts, principles, and techniques of animation and motion graphic design to create engaging visual communication products.

          The student association for the Visual Communication Design program is named Totemania. This association has become a platform for students to express their aspirations through organizational involvement and to cultivate leadership skills.
