To achieve these profiles, the Master’s in Management Program at Universitas Bunda Mulia offers a curriculum that provides opportunities, abilities, and skills to navigate the new era of digitalization over the course of 1.5 years or 18 months of study, with a concentration in General Management.
Students who successfully complete the entire curriculum are awarded the academic degree of Master of Management (M.M.), in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia.

The program follows a structured and systematic curriculum, complemented by business seminars to broaden participants’ understanding of contemporary adaptive management. Classes are conducted regularly and in a hybrid format from Monday to Thursday (6:30 PM – 9:00 PM WIB).

Course Structure
The Master’s in Management Program at Universitas Bunda Mulia offers a curriculum that equips students with the abilities and skills to navigate the digital era over 1.5 years or 18 months of study, with a concentration in General Management.
Enrichment Courses (0 Credit Units): These mandatory courses for new students refresh and introduce key concepts in Economics and Management while developing skills in analyzing textbooks and reputable international journal articles.
Core Courses (44 Credit Units): It consists of nine core courses, each with a weight of 4 (four) SKS, along with an 8 SKS Applied Research Methods course. These form the essential foundation and core competencies for all students.
Final Project (10 Credit Units): Students must complete one academic thesis worth 10 credit units.
