Isra Mi’raj Seminar 2026 IKAMI Serpong Campus “Breaking Boundaries: Steadfast When the World Doubts”
Tangerang, February 13, 2026 – In commemoration of the Isra Mi’raj of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, the Islamic Spiritual Activities Unit of Bunda Mulia University (IKAMI) Serpong Campus held the 2026 Isra Mi’raj Seminar with the theme “Breaking Boundaries: Steadfast When the World Doubts”. This activity was held on Friday, February 13, 2026 at 5:20 PM WIB – 8:20 PM WIB in Room 1401, 14th Floor of UBM Tower. Isra Mi’raj is an important spiritual event in Islamic history, namely the journey of the Prophet Muhammad SAW from the Grand Mosque to the Al-Aqsa Mosque, then continued to Sidratul Muntaha in one night. In this event, the Prophet SAW received revelations regarding the obligation of the five daily prayers, which until now has become one of the main pillars in the life of Muslims. Therefore, the commemoration of Isra Mi’raj is a momentum for Muslims to reflect on their faith and increase their obedience to Allah SWT.
The seminar was attended by 15 participants and moderated by Brian Pandu Listianto and Lasya Alhaura. The event was led by Sheli Nur Alika Amaliah, the chairperson, and was followed by remarks by Mr. Bhustomy Hakim, SSI, M.Eng., the IKAMI advisor.
The event began with a recitation of the Quran and prayers for the Prophet, followed by a presentation by Ustadz Rian Fauzi, the resource person. In his presentation, Ustadz Rian Fauzi explained in depth the journey of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) from the beginning of Isra’ (the Isra’) to the Ascension to the seventh heaven, or Sidratul Muntaha, as well as its spiritual significance.
The enthusiasm of the participants was evident in the question and answer session, where four questions were asked by the participants regarding various aspects of the Isra Mi’raj journey and the lessons that can be taken from this event in everyday life.
The event concluded with a group photo session as a symbol of togetherness between the speakers, participants, and committee members. IKAMI UBM Serpong expressed its appreciation to Ustadz Rian Fauzi as the speaker, all participants, and the committee for their contributions to the success of the 2026 Isra Mi’raj Seminar.
Through this activity, it is hoped that students can further understand the meaning of the Isra Mi’raj event and use it as inspiration to continue strengthening their faith, carrying out religious commands, and maintaining consistency in performing the five daily prayers.
