Jakarta, November 28, 2025 – The Student Activity Unit (UKM) iCare Universitas Bunda Mulia (UBM) Ancol Campus successfully held a seminar within the framework of Healthy Weeks with the theme “Hearts in Harmony: Balancing Mind and Heart Health” . The activity, which took place at the UBM Seminar Room on the 7th Floor, was attended by students from various study programs and aimed to increase understanding of the importance of maintaining mental and heart health. This seminar is also part of iCare’s commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle in the campus environment. The event was opened by the Master of Ceremony (MC), then continued with remarks from Nurhidayat, S.Pd., MIKom as the representative of the UBM Ancol Campus Student Affairs Division, Deputy Chairperson of iCare, and Chairperson of the seminar. To increase participant interaction and enthusiasm, the committee also presented a game session “Demonstrating Disease Movements” which was warmly welcomed by the participants.



Entering the main session, dr. Ike Adriana, Sp.JP, Subsp.KI(K), FIHA , a cardiologist and blood vessel specialist from St. Carolus Hospital, presented material on the relationship between mental health and heart health, especially for students. She explained how stress can affect heart function and provided simple techniques for calming oneself, including breathing exercises. A discussion and question and answer session was then opened, giving participants the opportunity to delve deeper into the material presented. Towards the end of the event, iCare presented a Token of Appreciation to dr. Ike Adriana, Sp.JP, Subsp.KI(K), FIHA, followed by a photo session with participants and the committee. The activity closed with a free health check, including checking blood pressure, oximetry, weight, and Random Blood Sugar (GDS) with the support of health workers from St. Carolus Hospital.


The “Hearts in Harmony: Balancing Mind and Heart Health” seminar went smoothly. iCare expresses its appreciation to the Student Council (BKM), the iCare advisors, and the entire committee for their contributions to the success of this event. It is hoped that similar events will continue to be held to increase UBM students’ awareness of the importance of maintaining mental and heart health. iCare, weCare!
