Tangerang, May 18, 2025 – The Student Activity Unit (UKM) of Serpong Campus Theater successfully held the 2025 Grand Performance titled “Averee” on May 18, 2025, at the Jakarta Art Building. “Averee” marked the second Grand Performance by Biems Theater Serpong, held live at the Jakarta Art Building in a spectacular and captivating manner. It became the most highly anticipated performance by all members of Biems Theater, following the success of the previous year’s Grand Performance, “Jawara Sakti.”
This performance, titled “Averee,” tells the story of a kingdom built upon tradition. A king longs for an heir—a son who can inherit his throne. However, fate had other plans. He was gifted a daughter: Averee, a fierce, resilient, and fearless woman like a storm. Blinded by his desire for a son, the king ignored her, his heart shackled by prejudice. But Averee remained unwavering. She grew into a warrior. Under the shadow of her father’s disappointment, she faced betrayal, doubt, and whispers that tried to extinguish her light. When the kingdom is threatened by danger, Averee must rise to prove that the worth of a leader lies not in their gender, but in their courage, wisdom, and love for their people.
After the performance concluded, a photo session was held with all the cast and crew of Biems Theater to capture the moments of the production. In addition, the audience was also invited to give gifts as a form of appreciation to the performers and crew after the show ended. This marked the closing of the entire series of the 7th Grand Production by Biems Theater Serpong, titled “Averee.”
