Jakarta, April 30, 2026 – The Christian Spiritual Activity Unit Jesus In My Campus (JIC) of Bunda Mulia University, Ancol Campus, held an Easter Service with the theme “Perfect Sacrifice: Grace Beyond Measure” on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at The UBM Grand Auditorium (TUGA), 8th floor, Ancol Campus. The event, which took place from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM WIB, was attended by around 500 students of UBM Ancol Campus. This Easter celebration was held as a moment to commemorate the resurrection of Jesus Christ as the perfect sacrifice that brought salvation to mankind, as well as being a forum to strengthen togetherness among Christian students on campus.
Through the theme “Perfect Sacrifice: Grace Beyond Measure” , participants are invited to understand the meaning of Jesus’ perfect sacrifice and God’s immense grace for human life. In the sermon delivered by Ps. David Herson, participants were invited to reflect on how Christ’s sacrifice and resurrection are a source of eternal hope and salvation. The atmosphere of worship was also more impressive through the prayer, praise and worship sessions by the PPW Team as well as the appearance and testimony of Maria Priscilla who invited participants to live in faith, love and gratitude in the midst of everyday life.
The series of activities proceeded with joy and enthusiasm, starting from the opening session, welcome, and the delivery of God’s word, to the JIC anniversary celebration and closing ceremony. Through these activities, JIC hopes that all participants can further understand the true meaning of Easter, have a closer relationship with God, and be able to become individuals who bring love and hope to others. JIC also expresses gratitude to all parties who have supported the implementation of this activity, starting from the instructors, speakers, performers, committee, and all participants who have attended and enlivened this year’s Easter service.
