The Government Subsidized PSKK Skills Competency Test (Implementation of Work Competency Certification) activity is an assessment held specifically for IBI Unitary Students and workers in the FB Product and Admissions field to measure the competency qualifications of participants which are equivalent to 2 (two) or 3 (three) qualifications in IQF. UKK is carried out at the end of the study period by Professional Certification Institutions or accredited educational units together with business/industry partners. The results of the PSKK Skills Competency Test (Implementation of Job Competency Certification) for participants will be an indicator of the achievement of graduate competency standards. Meanwhile, for stakeholders, the UKK results are used as a source of information on the competencies of prospective workers and workers who are already working in hotels. On Wednesday, Mr. Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara, S.Pd., M.Par. and Mr. Imam Ardiyansyah, S.ST.Par., M.M Par. assigned as an F&B Product and Reception Competency assessor at IBI Unity in the Bogor area, West Java. . On Wednesday a meeting was held between the Assessor and the Assessor for the Competency Test Using the Tools that had been prepared by the LSP. Starting from independent research, interviews, observations and demonstrations carried out at the Bogor Unity IBI. On Wednesday, June 5 2024, the assessors (Mr. Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara and Mr. Imam Ardiyansyah, S.ST.Par., M.M Par.) conducted an interview and observation assessment and then carried out a Demonstration assessment, namely practices for processing Desserts and Poultry and Game Animals . The total number of assessment participants was 7 people. Where the sections are divided into 2 areas, namely for 6 people in the Pastry Sector and 1 Person in the Hot Kitchen Sector for the Demi Chef Scheme and 6 participants in the Reception Scheme to carry out assessments of the participants. Then the assessor provides feedback to the participants regarding the products they have made for future improvements
