Tangerang, February 13, 2026 – The Biemers Entrepreneur Club (BEC) Serpong once again held Business Clinic 8 with the theme “Negotiation Psychology in Practice: Skills, Strategies, and Real Business Scenarios.” This activity was designed to equip students with the understanding and practical skills in dealing with the negotiation process in the business world. This activity presented Silvester Kalpika Narantaka, S.Psi., MA as the main speaker. In his presentation session, he discussed how psychological aspects play a crucial role in determining the outcome of negotiations. Participants were encouraged to understand that the ability to build trust and read the situation are crucial factors in reaching an effective agreement.

In addition to the material sessions, this activity included case study simulations depicting negotiation situations in real business contexts. Participants were divided into groups to perform scenarios such as partnership offers and conflict of interest resolution. Each simulation was then discussed and evaluated together to provide a deeper understanding of the strategies implemented.
The students’ active participation during the discussion and practical sessions demonstrated their high level of enthusiasm for the topics covered. The interaction between the speakers and participants was dynamic, creating a practical and reflective learning environment.

Through Business Clinic 8, the Biemers Entrepreneur Club Serpong Campus continues to offer competency development programs relevant to the needs of the professional world. These activities are expected to enhance students’ strategic communication and negotiation skills in various business situations.
