Jakarta, September 19, 2025 – In today’s modern era, leadership development among university students has become an essential need. To support this, the Student Senate of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (SEMA FISH) of Bunda Mulia University (UBM) Ancol Campus held a Webinar x Meet & Greet themed “Ideas Meet Action: Building a Thoughtful Generation.”
The event consisted of an online webinar attended not only by UBM Ancol students but also by students from other universities. The webinar aimed to provide insights on self-leadership. The program continued with the Meet & Greet session, which was specifically dedicated to first- to third-semester students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at UBM Ancol.

The Webinar x Meet & Greet lasted approximately four hours. The webinar session took place from 2:00–3:35 PM (WIB), followed by the Meet & Greet session from 4:00–5:40 PM (WIB). The event opened with the singing of “Indonesia Raya,” “Mars UBM,” and “Mars SEMA FISH.” Welcoming remarks were delivered by Mr. S.S. Nurhidayat, S.Pd., M.I.Kom., representing the Student Affairs Department, followed by Gabriella Miracel Tjandra as Chairperson of SEMA FISH, and Fernando Javier as Event Chairperson.
The event then continued with a presentation by Ms. Nindya Putri Aprodita, S.Psi., M.Psi., who discussed the five aspects of PERMA and how to identify different leadership styles. After the presentation, the program moved to a Q&A session and concluded with the presentation of a Token of Appreciation to the speaker.

After the webinar, the Meet & Greet session featured introductions of members and explanations of the roles of each division. The agenda also included sharing sessions with SEMA FISH alumni as well as interactive games. Winners of the games received special prizes. The event was closed with a group photo involving all participants, SEMA FISH members, and alumni.
Through this Webinar x Meet & Greet, it is expected that participants not only gain new insights but also feel motivated to further develop their leadership potential and become part of the SEMA FISH family in the future.
