Jakarta, April 23, 2026 – The iCare Student Activity Unit of Bunda Mulia University, Ancol Campus, held a blood drive with the theme “Smart Lifestyle: Live Better, Start Today” at the Student Lounge on the 1st Floor of Bunda Mulia University. Fifty-seven donors, consisting of students and members of the UBM academic community, participated in the drive. The event aimed to raise awareness of the importance of blood donation and to introduce iCare as an organization focused on environmental, health, and social issues.

The activity began with coordination between the person in charge and the committee to prepare the location and ensure smooth technical operations on the ground. The committee also collaborated with the North Jakarta PDDI and Dharmais Cancer Hospital to prepare the activity equipment. The blood donation process involved several stages, starting with filling out a digital form, checking hemoglobin and health conditions, and then drawing blood. Finally, the blood donation process concluded with the distribution of refreshments, gifts, and donor cards to participants.

The event concluded with an appreciation ceremony for all involved, a documentation session, and a tidying up of the activity area. Moving forward, it is hoped that this blood donation drive can be held regularly and sustainably to provide broader benefits to the community. Through this collaboration, iCare is committed to continuing to contribute to meeting blood supply needs, while also using this event as an evaluation tool for future program improvements. iCare, weCare!
