Jakarta, May 28, 2026 – BEC successfully held a seminar on Basic Business Marketing at the Premiere Classroom of Bunda Mulia University (UBM) Ancol Campus. The event was attended by enthusiastic members eager to learn the fundamentals of marketing to prepare them for the increasingly competitive business world. The seminar opened with remarks from BEC Chairwoman Chintya Margareta, who emphasized the importance of understanding marketing concepts for the younger generation to adapt to the dynamic business world.

On that occasion, Mr. Ongky Alex Sander, SE, MM, as the main speaker, delivered material on effective marketing strategies according to the characteristics of the target market. Through a communicative and relevant presentation to the students’ lives, participants were invited to understand how to identify market needs and determine the right strategy in marketing a product. As a token of appreciation for the contributions and knowledge that had been shared, BEC awarded Tokens of Appreciation to the speakers at the end of the material session.

In addition to the presentation session, participants also participated in an interactive activity titled The Pitch , which challenged them to conduct STP (Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning) analysis on various products displayed. The atmosphere was further enlivened by the Guess the Sticker game, which encouraged active participation and camaraderie among participants. Through this activity, BEC hopes that seminar participants will gain a better understanding of marketing concepts, develop strategic thinking skills, and be able to apply the knowledge gained to various business opportunities and professional challenges in the future.
