Tangerang, February 24, 2026 – The Biemers Entrepreneur Club (BEC) of Bunda Mulia University, Ancol and Serpong Campuses, successfully held the 2026 National Seminar with the theme “Beyond Digital Frontiers: Strengthening Security and Innovation in the Digital Ecosystem.” This activity was held in a hybrid format (onsite and online) and presented participants from the Serpong Campus and the Ancol Campus, as well as external participants from various national institutions.
This National Seminar was held in response to the rapid digital transformation that brings both opportunities and challenges to the modern technology ecosystem. Developments in artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, the Internet of Things (IoT), fintech, and the metaverse have accelerated innovation across various sectors. However, increasing cybersecurity threats such as data breaches, ransomware, phishing, and digital manipulation demand greater preparedness from all stakeholders.

This seminar was moderated by Ongky Alex Sander, SE, MM as the advisor of the BEC Community of Ancol Campus and presented two keynote speakers, namely Muhammad Rendi Nugraha, SM, MBA, M.Sc. as Chief Commercial Officer of LinkAja and Dendi Zuckergates as orangcyber Community Founder & Cyber Security Instructor of Siberku. In the material presentation, talk show and question and answer session, the speakers discussed the importance of building a digital ecosystem that is not only innovative, but also safe and sustainable. Topics discussed included the direction of technological transformation in Indonesia, current cybersecurity challenges, data integrity, and strategies for building cyber resilience in organizations.

The discussion was dynamic and featured active participation from both on-site and online participants. Through a question-and-answer session and case study discussions, students gained an understanding of how digital innovation must go hand-in-hand with strengthening security systems and ethical technology use. 

This National Seminar was attended by hundreds of participants from various study programs, with a total of over 300 participants. The enthusiasm demonstrated the students’ high level of awareness of the importance of digital literacy and cybersecurity in facing the ever-evolving era of digital transformation.

Through the 2026 National Seminar, the Biemers Entrepreneur Club strives to provide a discussion space aligned with current digital technology developments and industry dynamics. This activity is expected to encourage students to think critically, adaptively, and responsibly in utilizing digital innovation, while also understanding the importance of security and sustainability in building a competitive digital ecosystem.
