The art of mixing non-alcoholic drinks has become part of a competitive global lifestyle trend. To introduce career opportunities in this industry, the Hospitality & Tourism Study Program at Bunda Mulia University (UBM) held a Mixing Drink Workshop for 12th-grade students at Yusuf Christian High School in North Jakarta on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
This practical education session was led by Stephanie Rosanto, BBus., MBA, a lecturer at Hospar UBM, along with two student mentors, Marcelino Celo Susanto. In this session, students learned about beverage types, basic drink mixing techniques, and honed their creativity in creating aesthetically pleasing and high-value mocktails.
The students demonstrated high enthusiasm throughout the workshop. They stated that the activity was very exciting, beneficial, and provided new insights into the food and beverage industry and the potential for early entrepreneurship. Through this activity, UBM hopes to strengthen its strategic partnership with Yusuf Christian High School, in line with the campus’ philosophy of “Bridging Education to the Real World.”
