Jakarta, April 27, 2026 — A total of 37 students from the Hospitality and Tourism Study Program at Bunda Mulia University (UBM) majoring in Culinary Art and Innovation conducted an industrial visit to Mastrada Group, a leading kitchen and hospitality equipment distributor in Central Jakarta.
The visit, which took place on Monday, April 27, 2026, was a form of industry-based learning implementation (industry visit) to provide students with direct experience of the world of work in the hospitality and culinary fields.

Presentation of material
The activity was divided into two waves due to limited space. Each group received a Company Overview session, which explained the company profile, distributed brands, and Mastrada Group’s market share in the Indonesian kitchen equipment industry. Next, students were taken on a tour of the warehouse and showroom, which covered three main areas:
Students enthusiastically observed the various modern equipment commonly used in five-star hotels, fine-dining restaurants, and large-scale pastry industries. They also had the opportunity to ask the Mastrada team directly about selecting the right equipment, quality standards, and the latest technological innovations in food and beverage processing.
