Hi Biemers!! On this occasion, the Management Study Program of Bunda Mulia University Ancol held a workshop entitled Developing New Perspectives for Improving Work Intention , a study conducted by Dr. Siti Yasmina Zubaedah, Ms. Tannia, Ms. Sophia Reni Susilo, and Dr. Hans Harischandra Tanuraharjo. This workshop was held at Alfa Tower, Alam Sutera, 21st floor at 10:00 to 12:00 WIB. At this workshop activity, there was also a student, namely Nicholas Andrew Tanimihardjo, an Active Student of the Management Study Program of Bunda Mulia University who accompanied Ms. Yasmina and Ms. Sophia. Departing from UBM Ancol Campus at 08:45 WIB and arriving at 09:45, where we had a few minutes to prepare first.

This workshop activity was attended by 6 people who are part of the Human Resource division at Aksesmu. The purpose of this study was to identify psychological and organizational factors that influence willingness to work as an effort to improve sustainable human capital. The results indicate that work engagement and job satisfaction are the main factors that significantly influence employee willingness to work . Employees with high levels of engagement and job satisfaction tend to demonstrate extra effort, positive attitudes toward the organization, and a commitment to long-term retention. Furthermore, individual traits, perceived organizational support , and symbolic attributes play a role as initial factors shaping work experiences, which in turn drive increased engagement and job satisfaction.

The workshop concluded with a Q&A session at 11:45 AM, after which we briefly discussed the future of the collaboration between UBM and Aksesmu. We certainly hope the relationship between UBM and Aksesmu will grow stronger, enabling us to realize collaborative programs that benefit both parties in the future.
