Marketing Activities of the Hospitality & Tourism Study Program at Marie Joseph High School, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta: “Cooking Class – Making Jam”
On Friday, November 7, 2025 , the Hospitality and Tourism Study Program at Bunda Mulia University held a marketing activity with the theme “Cooking Class – Making Jam” at Marie Joseph High School, Kelapa Gading , from 11:00 – 14:00 WIB . The activity was presented by Hospar Ancol lecturer, Stephanie Rosanto, BBus., MBA., with the guidance of an active Hospar Ancol Semester 5 student, Billy Khow Tjandra, which was attended by 30 12th grade students of Marie Joseph High School.
In this activity, participants learned effective fruit cutting techniques, creative ways to utilize simple tools and materials, and practiced processing fresh fruit into jam that could be enjoyed immediately. Students demonstrated high enthusiasm and responded positively, stating that the activity was beneficial, enriching their knowledge and new experiences, fun, engaging, and provided them with a wealth of previously unknown knowledge.
