Then it was continued with a demonstration of cooking angkhak tamagoyaki, which is a typical Japanese rolled omelet. The next session, the speaker explained the purpose and function of the order and procedures for The Service Sequences by using the table manner of a 5-star hotel as a reference. The event closed by emphasizing how important it is to understand and the purpose of every action taken in serving. Flexibility and dexterity are indispensable in order to be a good servant.
This Community Service activity was carried out well and smoothly because it had relevance to the needs of the Baranangsiang Vocational High School students. In order for the purpose of the service to be effective, this activity uses a practical approach (talk-show, demo, and roleplay) which is carried out in a relaxed and light atmosphere using some of the onsite participants who gave a very good response because they felt it was helped and opened their horizons.
