The Expertise Competency Test (UKK) activity is an assessment held by BNSP to measure the achievement of student competencies which are equivalent to qualifications for level 2 (two) or 3 (three) in the KKNI. UKK is carried out at the end of the study period by a Professional Certification Institute or accredited educational unit with business/industry partners. UKK results for students will be an indicator of the achievement of graduate competency standards. Meanwhile, for stakeholders, the results of the UKK are used as a source of information on the competencies possessed by prospective workers. On Wenesday – Thursday Mr. Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara, S.Pd., M.Par. assigned to be an assessor of F&B Product Competency at Multimedia Nusantara University in the Serpong area of Tangerang, Banten. On Wednesday, an Assessment for Competency Tests was carried out using the tools that have been prepared by LSP. Starting from self-assessment, interviews, observations and demonstrations conducted by students of Multimedia Nusantara University. On Thursday, September 22, 2021, the assessor (Mr. Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara) conducted an interview and observation assessment and then on the second day, Thursday, September 23, 2021, the assessor (Mr. Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara) conducted a demonstration assessment, namely the practice for processing poultry and game. There are 10 participants in total. Which is divided into two parts for dessert and game and poultry to assess the participants. Then the assessors provide feedback to participants about the products they make for future improvements
