XCM MID-TERM EVALUATION & SOFTSKILL TRAINING “Synergistic Team Dynamics Embodied Creative Solution and Valuable Success”

On Saturday, December 7, 2024, the Excellent Community of Management (XCM) held the Mid-Term Evaluation & Soft Skills Training event with the theme “Synergistic Team Dynamics Embodied Creative Solution and Valuable Success,” specifically for the members of XCM Serpong campus. This event was held onsite at the Library Hall of Universitas Bunda Mulia Serpong campus. The purpose of the Mid-Term Evaluation & Soft Skills Training event was to enhance communication and collaboration among organizational members as well as to foster a sense of camaraderie within the organization. Through this event, we hope that the XCM Serpong management can create moments that allow members of the organization to interact, share experiences, and strengthen relationships among members.

The Mid-Term Evaluation & Soft Skills Training event was attended by 31 members of XCM Serpong campus, as well as Mr. Budi Christanto, S.E., B.Bus., M.M., the faculty advisor of XCM, Mrs. Christy Ayu Sarah Panjaitan, S.E., M.M., a Management lecturer at Universitas Bunda Mulia Serpong campus, and Mrs. Lidya Kemala Sari Panjaitan, the “Program Manager of Digital Talent Accelerator,” who was the speaker for this event.

The event began at 09:15 AM WIB, starting with the opening of the Mid-Term Evaluation & Soft Skills Training by Christian Gregory Go, who served as the MC and is a first-semester student of the Management Program at Universitas Bunda Mulia. Before proceeding with the event, all attendees first sang the Indonesian National Anthem, followed by the Universitas Bunda Mulia Anthem.

The event continued with a welcome speech from Mr. Budi Christanto, S.E., B.Bus., M.M., the faculty advisor of XCM, followed by the introduction of the speaker for the Mid-Term Evaluation & Soft Skills Training event, Mrs. Lidya Kemala Sari Panjaitan.

Before entering the main session of the Soft Skills Training, an Ice Breaking activity was conducted with the XCM members. After the Ice Breaking session, Mrs. Lidya Kemala Sari Panjaitan presented the material, which covered ways to develop effective time management, transform busy schedules into efficient ones among members, and how to enhance personal growth through teamwork among members.

After the material presentation, Mrs. Lidya Kemala Sari Panjaitan conducted a game session in the middle of the presentation. The game was designed to build teamwork and cohesion among the members. In this game, pairs of members were positioned facing each other, with each person holding a piece of paper and a pen. The first person would say a word, and the second person had to guess the word based on the drawing the first person created. Each person would take turns drawing the word that was spoken. After the game session, the material presentation resumed.

After the material presentation, the event continued with a Q&A session, which was attended by the participants of the Mid-Term Evaluation & Soft Skills Training. During the Q&A session, a total of 3 participants and 1 anonymous individual asked questions to Mrs. Lidya Kemala Sari Panjaitan regarding the material presented.

Next, a Token of Appreciation was presented to Mrs. Lidya Kemala Sari Panjaitan by Mr. Budi Christanto, S.E., B.Bus., M.M., the Lecturer of the Management Program. After the presentation of the Token of Appreciation to Mrs. Lidya Kemala Sari Panjaitan, the event continued with a group photo session.

The event continued with a performance evaluation of XCM Serpong campus for the odd semester, presented by the President and Vice President of XCM Serpong for the 2024 period. This was followed by the evaluation of each division, represented by the head and vice head of each division. The final session of the XCM Evaluation Mid Term & Soft Skills Training event was the closing ceremony by the MC. We hope that the XCM Evaluation Mid Term & Soft Skills Training event, with the theme “Synergistic Team Dynamics Embodied Creative Solution and Valuable Success,” provided valuable insights on how to make oneself more productive by managing time effectively for all XCM members.
