UBM MANAGEMENT STUDY PROGRAM ANCOL CAMPUS HOLDS TUTOR MID EXAM PERIOD FOR EVEN SEMESTER 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR
On March 4, 2025, the Student Association of the Management Study Program, “Excellent Community of Management (XCM),” at Universitas Bunda Mulia (UBM) Ancol Campus held a tutorial session (tentier) for the second and the fourth-semester Management students to help them prepare for the Mid-Semester Exam (UTS) for the Even Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year.
Three courses were covered in this tutorial session, which are, MNB08-Microeconomics for the second semester students, MNB10-Managerial Economics for the fourth semester students, and MNC45-Corporate Budgeting for the fourth semester students.
The mid-semester tutorial session was conducted in person over three meetings. The first session took place on Tuesday, March 4th, 2025, from 09:30 to 11:10 WIB in classroom number R307, taught by Livia Evangelina Florencia (12230242), a fourth semester student. The session began with Livia explaining the material using PowerPoint slides and providing examples of problem-solving related to Microeconomics. After discussing the examples, she actively asked students which parts of the material they found difficult and then re-explained those concepts.
The second session was the Managerial Economics tutorial, held on Tuesday, March 4th, 2025, from 09:30 to 11:10 WIB in classroom number R404, taught by Felicia Yudi (12220039), a sixth semester student. The session started with practice questions, followed by explanations of the correct solutions. Felicia also built engagement with the participants by asking which parts of the material they did not understand and re-explained them until the students fully grasped the concepts.
The third session was the Corporate Budgeting tutorial, conducted on Tuesday, March 4th, 2025, from 11:30 to 13:10 WIB in classroom number R601, taught by Wily Dozen (12220080), a sixth semester student. This session began with practice questions and explanations of the correct solutions. Wily actively asked students about any unclear material or topics they wanted to be re-explained, ensuring that they fully understood the concepts presented.
It is hoped that the Mid-Semester Tutorial Session for the Even Semester 2024/2025 will enhance students’ knowledge and benefit Management Study Program students at Universitas Bunda Mulia Ancol Campus by providing additional learning support in preparation for the mid-semester exams. May this tutorial session continue to be successfully conducted and remain beneficial in the future.
