The Student Association of the Management Study Program, Excellent Community of Management (XCM), is once again organizing a Soft Skill Training with the theme “FUNDAMENTALS OF DIGITAL MARKETING.” This event was held on Saturday, May 25, 2024, for all XCM members. The purpose of this soft skill training to broaden the participants’ knowledge and strengthen their basic understanding of digital sales. Additionally, the training aims to provide participants with insights and practical applications of digital marketing.
The event started at 12:30 PM WIB and took place in Lab D on the 5th floor of UBM Ancol building. The soft skill training was opened with an explanation of the definition, mechanism, and operations related to the fundamentals of digital marketing by Mr. Elkunny Dovir Siratan, S.Par., M.M., the advisor of Excellent Community of Management. The training began once all participants had taken their seats. Then, all participants were instructed to enter their email or log in to their emails on the computers. Using their individual emails, participants were asked to access the exercises on the computers, which were related to the training title, “Fundamentals of Digital Marketing.” Participants were allowed to complete the exercises, which included several subtopic questions and a final assessment. The subtopic questions served as learning material to expand the participants’ knowledge of digital marketing and were also a requirement to access or complete the final assessments. Participants were encouraged to work on the subtopic questions while being guided by Mr. Elkunny Dovir Siratan, S.Par., M.M., the advisor of Excellent Community of Management.
After completing the subtopic questions, participants were allowed to proceed with the final assessment or final exam, with a minimum score required to test their abilities and knowledge related to the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing. Once all the questions were completed, each participant received their final score and could review the evaluation, including correct and incorrect answers. Throughout the event, the proceedings were conducted systematically and followed the predetermined guidelines. As the event concluded, all participants and the advisors present took a group photo for documentation.
Hopefully, the members of the Excellent Community of Management understand and gained new knowledge from the training that has been conducted. In this digital era, it is expected that moving forward, we can utilize all the knowledge we have gained as an opportunity towards success.
