The Hospitality and Tourism Study Program at Bunda Mulia University has carried out Non-Incidental Community Service (Abdimas) activities which were held for 2 meetings, the first on Saturday, 10 December 2022 and the second meeting on 10 December 2022 in Tanjung Jaya village, Tanjung Lesung Pandeglang, Banten.
The Community Service Activities (Abdimas) for the Hospitality and Tourism Study Program at Bunda Mulia University with the theme “Increasing HR Capacity in Community Based Tourism (CBT) Homestay Management” took place smoothly. The speakers in this Community Service activity are:

The materials given at the first meeting were: Introduction to Tourism Villages, Application of Sapta Pesona, Introduction to Homestays, and Making Traditional Typical Foods and Plating. Then at the second meeting the materials given were: Hygiene and Sanitation, Standard Facilities and Amenities for Homestays, Arrangement of Homestay Bedrooms, Making Attractions, and Making Traditional Drinks. The purpose of this activity is as an introduction to the understanding of community about tourism and how to manage and manage good homestays.
This activity itself was followed enthusiastically by the whole community at every meeting. In general, the implementation of Community Service Activities (Abdimas) was well marked by the activeness of the participants in asking questions. Participants can follow the activity and understand the material presented. The level of understanding of the participants also increased.
This Community Service Activity is designed to obtain success or benefits that can be applied directly by the people of Tanjung Jaya, Tanjung Lesung Pandeglang, Banten with the following benchmarks for evaluating activities: 1) the number of participants involved is quite large, dominated by village homestay women Tanjung Lesung tour; 2) the persistence of the participants in following the activity; and 3) participant participation in discussion and simulation activities.
