Jakarta, May 3, 2025 – The Student Association of Hospitality and Tourism Department at Universitas Bunda Mulia successfully held a seminar titled “Beyond Service: Caring Yourself While Caring for Others” on May 2, 2025, at The UBM Master Kitchen, Ancol Campus. This seminar aimed to educate students about the importance of maintaining mental, physical, and emotional well-being in the service industry, especially in the hospitality and tourism sectors.
Attended by 26 participants, the event featured an expert speaker in the field of psychology, Mr. Muhammad Dwiki Ahsana Ramadhan, S.Psi., CHt., CI, who provided in-depth insights on self-care techniques that can help students maintain a balanced life between personal and professional aspects. The seminar highlighted how taking care of one’s health can enhance the quality of service provided to others, ultimately benefiting their careers in hospitality.
In addition to the comprehensive presentation, the event also included an interactive Q&A session. At the end of the seminar, participants and the organizing committee took a group photo to commemorate this valuable event.
