MANAGEMENT STUDY PROGRAM LECTURERS BECOME PRESENTERS AT THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT (ICPM) 2024
On Friday, December 13, 2024, a research team from the Management Study Program of UBM Ancol Campus participated in The International Conference of Project Management: Innovation Nexus: Rethinking Management in the Context of Evolving Social Paradigms, organized by the Association of International Business and Professional Management (AIBPM) in Bali. The UBM research team attended the international conference online, and the team consisted of Ms. Tannia, SE., MM., Mr. Alexander Robert, BA., MSc., and Chika Putri Nursalim.
The event began with opening remarks from the Rector of Sekolah Tinggi Enam Enam Kendari, Prof. Dr. H. Abd Azis Muthali, SE., M.S., and the President of AIBPM, Dr. Liem Gai Sin.
The event continued with keynote speeches delivered by:
- Prof. Gilbert C. Magulod Junior, Ph.D. from Cagayan State University, Philippines
- Dr. Teoh Kok Ban from ViTrox College, Malaysia
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Daisy Kee Mui Hung from Universiti Sains Malaysia
- Dr. Ranjith P. V from Ramaiah Institute of Management, Bengaluru, India
- Dr. Gul Erkol Bayram from Sinop University, Turkey
- Prof. Dr. Majdi A. Quttaiah from Kuwait University, Kuwait
- Dr. Anak Agung Gde Satia Utama from Universitas Airlangga, Indonesia
They discussed the use of AI in management sciences and its application in daily life and business contexts.
The next session was a seminar that began at 1:00 PM.
The research group from UBM appointed Mr. Alexander Robert, BA., MSc. to represent their team as a presenter for their journal titled:
“The Influence of Service Quality and Customer Perceived Value on Customer Satisfaction of Shopee Xpress Mediated by Customer Trust (A Study on Shopee Consumers in Jakarta).”
After participating in the ICPM 2024 event, it is expected that students of the Management Study Program will enhance their skills in conducting research and presenting their findings at other international-level conferences.
