On June 4, 2024 – June 5, 2024, the Student Association of the Management Study Program “Excellent Community of Management (XCM)” held a Tutorial class for second- and fourth-semester students to help prepare for the End-of-Semester Exams (UAS) for the 2023/2024 Even Semester. There were three courses conducted in this Tutorial class: MNB10 – Managerial Economics for the fourth semester, MNC45 – Corporate Budgeting for the fourth semester, and MNB08 – Microeconomics for the second semester.
The end-of-semester (UAS) Tutorial was conducted in three meetings. The first meeting took place on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, from 09:30 to 11:10 WIB, held onsite in Classroom R605, with instructor Mr. Elkunny Dovir Siratan, S.Par., M.M. (L2094), a faculty member of the Management Study Program. The Tutorial began with Mr. Elkunny explaining the material from the presentation slides and solving sample problems related to the Managerial Economics course. After explaining the examples, the instructor actively asked students which parts of the material were still difficult or unclear and re-explained those sections.
The second meeting, for Corporate Budgeting, took place on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, from 13:30 to 15:10 WIB, held onsite in Classroom R605, with instructor Mrs. Tannia, S.E., M.M., a faculty member of the Management Study Program. The Tutorial began with the instructor explaining the material first, showing practice problems, and explaining the correct way to solve them. The instructor also actively asked the students which parts of the material they did not understand or if there were sections of the practice problems that they needed further clarification on, and re-explained until the students understood the material and what needed to be reviewed.
The third meeting, for Microeconomics, took place on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, from 13:30 to 15:10 WIB, held onsite in Classroom R602, with instructor Willy Dozen (12220080) from the fourth semester. The Tutorial began with the instructor showing practice problems and explaining the correct approach to solving them. The instructor also actively asked the students which parts of the material they did not understand or if there were other topics they needed further clarification on until the students fully understood the material.
It is hoped that the end-of-semester UAS Tutorial activities for the 2023/2024 Even Semester will enhance students’ knowledge and provide benefits to the Management Study Program students at Universitas Bunda Mulia. This event also served as an additional learning resource to help students prepare for the UAS. We hope that these Tutorial activities will continue to be organized effectively and remain beneficial.
