Lecturer Workshop: “Tips for Success in Reaching the Undergraduate Level and Getting to Know the Details

On January 27, 2021, a lecturer workshop with the theme “Tips for Success in Reaching a Level Three and Getting to Know the Twists” took place smoothly, where the activity was divided into two sessions where the first was started by Dr. Ronald Maraden Parlindungan Silalahi, S.S., M.Hum as UBM Research Manager with a discussion of the types of scholarships, the stages of submission and also the obstacles faced. For the second session material delivered by Dr. Rustono Farady Marta, S.Sos., M.Med. as the Head of UBM’s Master of Communication Studies Program, which discusses 5 things that become the basis for each individual to be able to start the next level of study, namely strengthening self-reliance, choosing topics and expertise, managing finances, time priorities, and appreciating togetherness. This activity was attended by 16 lecturers from the D3 Hospitality Study Program and the Hospitality and Tourism S1 Study Program, Bunda Mulia University and the Tourism Academy. This workshop opened several new perspectives and also built the enthusiasm of fellow lecturers in the study program to be able to see some of the opportunities provided outside the institution to be able to add to the knowledge of each lecturer.
