Industrial Visit: PT. Nutrifood Indonesia “Leveraging Millennials’ Industrial Knowledge to Transform the Economy into a Brighter World”

On Friday, March 15, 2024, the Management Study Program Student Association, also known as the Excellent Community of Management (XCM), together with the Alumni Career Center (ACC), successfully held an industrial visit (Company Visit). This event was a collaboration between XCM, the Management Study Program, and the Alumni Career Center (ACC), visiting PT. Nutrifood Indonesia. The event was conducted onsite at PT. Nutrifood Indonesia, located at Jalan Rawabali II No. 3, Pulogadung Industrial Area, Rawa Terate, Cakung, East Jakarta, from 08:30 to 11:40 WIB, and was specifically organized for Management Study Program students of Universitas Bunda Mulia, Ancol Campus.

At 09:00 WIB, the event began with opening remarks by Tasya and Syahla, who served as MCs and representatives from Nutrifood, guiding the proceedings. This was followed by a welcoming speech from Mr. Elkunny Dovir Siratan, S.Par., M.M., the advisor of the Excellent Community of Management, Universitas Bunda Mulia, Ancol Campus, and Mr. Fisko. The event continued with a brief introduction from Mr. M. Bagaskara Reza, a representative of PT. Nutrifood Indonesia.

Following the introductions, PT. Nutrifood Indonesia presented a session led by Mr. Fisko and Mr. M. Bagaskara Reza. During this session, they provided insights into the company profile, vision, corporate culture, marketing strategies, product development, and more.

After the presentation, a Q&A session took place, moderated by Nutrifood representatives Tasya and Syahla, along with Mr. M. Bagaskara Reza as the speaker. During this session, several students asked questions regarding Nutrifood’s challenges, as well as issues surrounding digitalization, competitiveness, and innovation.

The event continued with a group photo session after the Q&A, during which students’ questions were answered clearly and comprehensively. This was followed by the presentation of a Token of Appreciation (TOA) by Mr. Elkunny Dovir Siratan, S.Par., M.M., to Mr. M. Bagaskara Reza, the speaker from PT. Nutrifood Indonesia. Subsequently, a company tour took place, accompanied by explanations about the environment and operations of PT. Nutrifood Indonesia.

After the group photo session, Token of Appreciation (TOA) presentation, and company tour, the event concluded with participants filling out a final attendance link and sharing feedback on the industrial visit while enjoying snacks in the Nutrifood meeting room. It is hoped that this event provided participants with a deeper understanding of the operational processes at PT. Nutrifood Indonesia and helped students become more familiar with the industrial world.
