On Monday, February 10, 2025, Excellent Community of Management (XCM) held a general lecture with the theme “Winning the Competition: Case Study in the Automotive Industry”. This event was held onsite at the Premiere Room lt.2 Bunda Mulia University Ancol at 09.30 – 11.10 WIB. This event is open for all students of the Management study program and is required for students of the Competition Strategy Analysis course.
The event began with an introduction by Dr. Siti Yasmina Zubaedah BSIE,. MSIE. as the MC and moderator of this event. Followed by remarks from the Head of the Management Study Program, Mrs. Tannia SE, MM.
The event then proceeded with the main session, namely the presentation from Dr. Fransiscus Soerjopranoto who was the main speaker of this general lecture. Mr. Fransiscus began by briefly introducing himself and explaining Hyundai’s role as a pioneer of electric vehicles in Indonesia with local models such as the IONIQ 5. Mr. Fransiscus also conveyed Hyundai’s commitment to invest more than USD 3 billion in the EV ecosystem, and targets the production of 600 thousand units of electric vehicles by 2030 to support sustainability and innovation in Indonesia.
After the presentation of from Mr. Fransiscus, the event continued with a question and answer session between the speakers and the General Lecture participants, facilitated by the Moderator. After the question and answer session, the next session was the presentation of a Token of Appreciation to Mr. Fransiscus as the main speaker at this event by Dr. Siti Yasmina Zubaedah BSIE., MSIE.
The event ended with the filling out of the attendance sheet and feedback questionnaires as well as a photo session with the speakers and all participants of the General Lecture. Hopefully, through this event, students can understand more about Winning the Competition in the Automotive Industry.
