On December 13 2022, the Hospitality and Tourism study program at the Serpong campus held a seminar and workshop with the theme Fruit Carving Thema Christmas and the event was attended by participants from 4 Hospar lecturers from the Serpong campus and 2 Hospar lecturers from the Ancol campus. This activity was guided by a professional chef named Chef Rizal Hermansyah. This activity makes a carving of watermelon which is used as a carving of roses, sunflowers, and so on.
This activity aims to provide knowledge and skills for each lecturer and be able to apply them to students, especially in the field of Food and Beverages.
