On Friday, November 15, 2024, the Excellent Community of Management (XCM) Ancol Campus organized an External Soft Skill Training themed “Building Trust Through Communication in Organization.” This event was held onsite at the Premiere Classroom of Universitas Bunda Mulia from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM WIB. At 12:00 PM, the event began with greetings from Alfaro Diaz and Sharon Odelia Suherman, the MCs who guided the course of the event. This was followed by a welcoming speech from Mr. Elkunny Dovir Siratan, S.Par., M.M., the mentor of the Excellent Community of Management (XCM).
After the mentor delivered the welcoming speech, the event then proceeded to the main session, which was the presentation by Mr. Cavin Handoko, S.E., M.M., the speaker for this training session. During the presentation, Mr. Cavin briefly introduced himself, then began to explain the concept of trust in business and/or organizations, how to build it, its benefits, and examples of business trust. Additionally, Mr. Cavin provided examples from the movies “Jobs” and “The Founder,” based on true stories, which discuss trust in business and/or organizations. Mr. Cavin then shared several tips and tricks with the participants on how to build trust in business and/or organizations. He also conducted an engaging communication game in which each participant was divided into teams and competed to win by collaborating effectively.
After the presentation and games session, the next session was a Q&A between the speaker and the participants, moderated by the MC. Following the Q&A, the event continued with the presentation of a Token of Appreciation to Mr. Cavin Handoko, the speaker for this event, presented by Mr. Elkunny Dovir Siratan, S.Par., M.M.
The event was closed with the completion of attendance and questionnaires, followed by a documentation session, including a group photo with the soft skills training speaker, the mentor of Excellent Community of Management (XCM), and the members of Excellent Community of Management (XCM). It is hoped that through this training, all members of Excellent Community of Management (XCM) will be able to build and enhance trust within and/or among fellow members of the organization.
