Election of Candidates for Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of the Excellent Community of Management (XCM) for the 25/26 Period

Hi Biemers!!! Did you know that on Friday, May 16, 2025; the Excellent Community of Management (XCM), the Management Student Association, successfully held the Election of the Candidates for Chair and Vice Chair of XCM for the 25/26 period. This activity was a crucial moment in selecting leaders who are capable of guiding the organization toward its vision and mission.

The event took place starting at 14:00 WIB at The UBM Plaza, 1st Floor, UBM Ancol Campus. The event was opened by the XCM Advisor, Mr. Elkunny Dovir Siratan, S.Par., MM, who delivered a message about the importance of leadership, and the procedures were explained in detail by the committee, with emphasis on the values of neutrality, mutual respect, and a focus on relevant issues and work programs. The debate session was moderated by Wily Dozen, a 6th-semester active student and Chair of XCM for the 2024/2025 period, who acted as the moderator to ensure the discussion remained objective, focused, and sportsmanlike. Participant enthusiasm was evident from the questions and responses raised during the debate.

The voting process was conducted online via Google Form using student emails, with a barcode scanning method, to ensure confidentiality and integrity in the election. The event concluded with a documentation session together. The event ran smoothly and successfully, ending with documentation and the official closing by the candidates for Chair and Vice Chair of XCM for the 25/26 period who will be elected.
