The Management Study Program of Universitas Bunda Mulia Ancol Campus held a Data Processing Application Training to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of data processing for students of the Management Study Program who are preparing their theses. This training was divided into two applications, consisting of training on the use of Smart-PLS and SPSS data processing applications.
The first training began with the SPSS application training, presented by Mr. Dr. Michael Christian, SE., MM, held on Friday, October 11, 2024, with 19 students in attendance. The event started at 17:30 with a simple theory session on data management. This was followed by training on the use of the SPSS program, tips and tricks for data processing such as how to draw research models, assess the validity and reliability of data, knowledge of inner and outer models, mediation and moderation testing, and other materials, and ended with a Q&A session.
The second training was on the SmartPLS application, presented by Mr. Andreas Wijaya, SE., MM, held on Saturday, October 12, 2024, with 29 students in attendance. The event started at 10:00 AM. The SmartPLS training began with an explanation of the SmartPLS application, followed by a demonstration of how to operate the SmartPLS application by Mr. Andreas Wijaya, SE., MM, which was then followed by a self-practice session. The training event concluded with a Q&A session with the participants.
Overall, each training session ran smoothly, and the participants appeared to be very enthusiastic, as evidenced by the questions asked and the positive responses observed throughout the event. The data processing training with Smart-PLS and SPSS applications was concluded with interesting questions from the participants.
