Bunda Mulia University Management Study Program Holds Public Lecture with the Theme “Build Leadership for the Digital Era”

On Monday, May 20, 2024, the Management Study Program at Universitas Bunda Mulia held a Guest Lecture for the Leadership course with the theme “Build Leadership for the Digital Era.” This theme responds to the ongoing transition into the digital era, emphasizing the importance of preparing Management students to develop leadership skills suitable for this new age as future leaders.

In alignment with Universitas Bunda Mulia’s tagline, Bridging Education to the Real World, the Management Study Program invited an experienced practitioner, Mr. Dr. (Cand.) Rully Chairul Hamdani, MBA, who currently serves as a Consultant for Gerson Lehrman Group Inc. Consulting Firm, New York. Mr. Rully shared his knowledge and techniques on building leadership in the digital era, leveraging his expertise as a seasoned Human Resources Director.

Mr. Dr. (Cand.) Rully Chairul Hamdani, MBA provided a presentation that combined theoretical frameworks with practical experiences and industry implementations. He also illustrated his points through case studies and videos, helping students better understand and learn what leadership entails and how to develop leadership skills in the digital era.

The guest lecture concluded with a Q&A session, the presentation of a Token of Appreciation certificate to the speaker, and a group photo session. It is hoped that through this guest lecture, Management students will be better prepared to become future leaders and that the knowledge shared will be beneficial for their application in the industry.
