The Management Study Program of Universitas Bunda Mulia conducted an Adjunct Professor Class as part of the MNC37 Strategic Management course taken by Management students at UBM. The topic was delivered by Prof. Dr. Ratlan Pardede, MM, a Professor of the Management Study Program at Universitas Bunda Mulia, Indonesia. The purpose of this activity was to provide broader knowledge of strategic management, focusing on strategies for managing companies globally in the context of leadership. The activity was conducted in a hybrid format, with students from the Ancol campus attending the class in person and students from the Serpong campus participating online. The participants of this class were 4th-semester students from both the Ancol and Serpong campuses.

The series of events began on Saturday, April 27, 2024, and continued until Tuesday, May 7, 2024, with a total of four sessions. One session remains, scheduled for Saturday, May 18, 2024. The speaker covered a variety of topics, including “Strategy Formulation: Entrepreneurial Strategy and Competitive Dynamics,” “Strategic Implementation: Strategic Control and Corporate Governance,” and “Strategic Implementation: Strategic Leadership: Creating a Learning and Ethical Organization.” The session on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, was conducted interactively, featuring a Q&A session and documentation with Prof. Dr. Ratlan Pardede, MM.
The Adjunct Professor activity ran very smoothly, with Prof. Dr. Ratlan Pardede, MM, as the speaker, sharing insights into leadership styles combined with corporate strategies and organizational structure models that shape strategies and influence leadership within companies. Consequently, all students were highly enthusiastic, as the material and knowledge provided were highly relevant to current trends in the business world.
