Jakarta, April 26, 2025 – The Student Activity Unit (UKM) iCare of Bunda Mulia University Ancol Campus successfully held a series of Healthy Weeks activities throughout April 2025. Aimed at educating students on the importance of a holistic healthy lifestyle—from nutrition and physical wellness to managing daily activities—iCare presented two engaging and beneficial programs.
In the third week, iCare carried the theme “Let’s Play Cooking Mama with iCare!”, held in two sessions on Tuesday, April 22, and Friday, April 25, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM in specially prepared classrooms. During the event, students learned how to make a healthy snack—canape tuna crackers—guided by facilitator Carine Chandra. This activity not only introduced a simple and practical healthy snack alternative but also served as a fun and interactive platform to strengthen bonds among students. Participants were allowed to take home their creations, making the experience both enjoyable and rewarding.
As the grand finale of Healthy Weeks, on Saturday, April 26, 2025, iCare held a seminar titled “A Strategy to Balance Your Campus Activities” at The UBM Seminar Room (TUSR), 7th Floor, Ancol Campus. The seminar featured dr. Andry Kelvianto, SpGK, AIFO-K from Atma Jaya Hospital as the keynote speaker. He delivered an insightful session on the importance of balanced nutrition in supporting students’ health amidst their busy academic routines, focusing on bone health and the early detection and prevention of nutritional deficiencies. The session was interactive, with enthusiastic participation from the audience, highlighting the relevance and practical value of the topic.
With the conclusion of Healthy Weeks, iCare expresses its deepest gratitude and appreciation to all parties involved—including the facilitator, speaker, participants, organizing committee, and the continuous support from the Student Affairs Division of Bunda Mulia University. We hope these activities will inspire UBM students to maintain a healthy lifestyle in creative, enjoyable, and practical ways. See you at the next Healthy Weeks. iCare, weCare.
