Jakarta, April 17, 2025 – The Student Activity Unit (UKM) iCare of Bunda Mulia University (UBM) Ancol Campus successfully organized the first two weeks of the “Healthy Weeks” program, aimed at raising student awareness about the importance of a healthy lifestyle. With a different theme each week, the program featured a variety of engaging and beneficial activities for the academic community.
In the first week (April 9–15, 2025), the theme “Stay Fit, Stay Healthy!” took place at the iCare booth located beside the Student Lounge on the 1st floor. Students were encouraged to take better care of their health by receiving free vitamin C tablets and writing down their healthy living plans as a form of personal commitment. The activity also included an interactive game offering yogurt as the grand prize and vitamin C for all participants. The event aimed to engage 40 students per day, with a total of 200 participants throughout the week.
In the second week, on Thursday, April 17, 2025, iCare continued the campaign under the theme “Sweat, Smile, and Repeat” with a group exercise session held at The UBM Plaza, 1st Floor. The session was open to the public and took place from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Its main goal was to help students and staff improve physical fitness, reduce stress, and maintain focus ahead of their busy academic schedules.
These two events are part of the ongoing “Healthy Weeks” series, which will continue through Week 4. Promotions were carried out via official platforms, including the Student Affairs Instagram, iCare Instagram, and the UBM student portal.
Through these activities, iCare demonstrates its commitment to supporting the health of the UBM academic community and reinforcing values of self-care and care for the surrounding environment. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all participants and supporters who made these events possible.
We hope the Healthy Weeks program brings real benefits and inspires the Bunda Mulia University community to continue living an active and healthy lifestyle.
