Jakarta, March 15th 2025 – The Student Affairs Department of Bunda Mulia University Ancol Campus is proud to hold a Webinar event for Bunda Mulia Long Distance Learning students titled “Shaping Your Future Through Leadership”.
This webinar was presented by an extraordinary practitioner, Ms. Diah Meivitasari, CFP, CRC who is the Head of Leadership Training – Agency Training & Development from MSIG LIFE.
Ms. Vita taught that everyone is a leader. She also said that the definition of a leader is an individual who is able to empower other individuals to be more proactive, focus on things that can be controlled and make choices that are in line with the values that Bunda Mulia Long Distance Learning students upholds.
Every leader is formed from how they deal with various challenges that will in turn build their habit. It is all formed within a cycle that starts from a problem that arise, from there they can attain Knowledge, which if applied continuously will in turn become a Skill. That’s where a person’s Attitude is formed and will be shown through their Habit as an individual.
Last but not least, throughout the webinar there’s a lot of engagement from participants with how enthusiastically they asked the speaker to know more about leadership. We hope that in the future there’ll be more opportunities to share new knowledge and experience from professionals for BMLDL students.
