As a continuation of the previous session, the Coaching Session 2 for Alfamart Assisted Stores was held online via Google Meet on Friday (10/16/2026) from 14:00 to 15:30 WIB. Carrying the theme “Retail Business Practices: From Just Selling to a Measurable & Profitable Business”, the workshop was attended by dozens of assisted grocery store owners from various regions.
The event featured Mr. Lanang Diayudha (Chairman of AMA DKI, Lecturer, and Entrepreneur) as the main speaker, with Mr. Alexander Robert, BA., MSc as moderator and Universitas Bunda Mulia student Christian Felix Budiman (12250049) participating. In his presentation, he emphasized the importance of understanding the difference between revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), and net profit. In addition to basic retail business concepts, participants were equipped with technical operational materials, including:
The session continued with an interactive Q&A discussion, where participants directly addressed daily operational challenges in their respective stores. The event concluded with a virtual group photo session as documentation.
Through this coaching program, UBM, Aksesmu, and Alfamart hope that store owners can manage their businesses in a more structured manner. The organizers emphasized that “upgrading” is not merely about owning a large shop or doing expensive renovations, but rather about managing the store in a measurable, controlled, and sustainably profitable way.
