Jakarta, September 24, 2026 – SEMA FISH Bunda Mulia University successfully held a Seminar x Meet and Greet with the theme “NEXUS: Collective Flow – Moving Together, Leading as One” in a hybrid manner by connecting the Serpong Campus and Ancol Campus, and attended by external participants from various regions in Indonesia online. The seminar, which took place at 5:00 PM–7:00 PM WIB, presented Ms. Abigail Theodora Tanzil, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psychologist as the main speaker who was present in person at the Serpong Campus, while participants at the Ancol Campus followed the activity via live streaming at The UBM Premiere Room. The activity began with singing Indonesia Raya, the UBM Mars, and the SEMA FISH Mars, followed by remarks from the representative of the Serpong student affairs division, Ms. Lieony Litannia, S.Ak., Chair of SEMA FISH Nafiri Angie Tesalonika, as well as the chairperson of the committee Esther Florentine Tunggal Wijaya and Rheinheart Bryan Imanuel.


Carrying the spirit of collaboration and leadership, the seminar was packaged interactively through various activities involving participants, one of which was the game “Tepat Tanpa Aba-aba” which illustrates the importance of communication and cooperation in building collective flow . Through this session, participants were invited to understand the six steps towards Collective Flow , namely knowing and trusting, communicating, adapting, belonging, leading without a position, and moving together. The question and answer session also took place in a hybrid manner involving participants from the Serpong Campus, Ancol Campus, and external participants. After the seminar and the presentation of Tokens of Appreciation to the speakers, the activity continued with an offline Meet and Greet session at each campus filled with VOU Performance performances, introductions of SEMA FISH members and alumni, as well as various games and prize distribution.


Through this activity, SEMA FISH hopes that students from the Serpong Campus, Ancol Campus, and participants from various regions in Indonesia can broaden their horizons, develop communication and leadership skills, and become more active in building collaborations through organizations. This activity is also expected to provide a space for students to continue learning, developing, and moving forward together without being limited by distance, in line with the spirit of SEMA FISH.
