Tangerang, September 9, 2026 – The Traditional Dance Student Activity Unit from Bunda Mulia University (UBM) Serpong Campus successfully held a Meet & Greet activity, which took place at the UBM Tower, Serpong Campus which took place on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. This activity was attended by members of the Daily Executive Board (BPH) and new members of the Traditional Dance UKM. The Traditional Dance Meet & Greet is an activity designed as a means to introduce the Traditional Dance UKM more closely to new members, strengthen relationships between members, and build communication and togetherness within the organizational environment. Through this activity, participants were given the opportunity to get to know more about the management structure, activities, and values applied in the Traditional Dance UKM. The activity began with an opening by the Master of Ceremony (MC) and was followed by singing the song Indonesia Raya and Mars UBM. After that, the activity continued with remarks from the Head of UKM and the Chief Executive as a form of welcoming all participants. The next series of activities was the presentation of material delivered by the Chair and Deputy Executive. This session provides information about the Traditional Dance UKM, and is followed by a question and answer session which gives participants the opportunity to ask questions and gain further understanding about all activities and the Traditional Dance UKM.

To create a more interactive and enjoyable atmosphere, the activity continued with an introduction session and group division between the BPH and new members of the Traditional Dance Student Activity Unit. Participants then participated in two pre-prepared games: a chain dance and a word-joining game. The dance game was an activity that encouraged participants to recognize and imitate movements in a fun way, while the word-joining game encouraged participants to interact, think quickly, and build cooperation between groups. Both games aimed to increase familiarity and create a sense of togetherness among members.

After the series of games were completed, the event continued with the awarding of prizes to the winners, then a joint documentation session as a form of remembrance of the implementation of the Traditional Dance Meet & Greet activity. The Traditional Dance Meet & Greet activity can be a useful means of introducing, building interaction between BPH and new members, as well as strengthening relationships between Traditional Dance UKM members. This activity also provides a space for participants to communicate, socialize, and understand the Traditional Dance UKM environment more closely. Through the implementation of this Traditional Dance Meet & Greet, we hope to continue to create an inclusive, communicative, and togetherness organizational environment. This activity is one step in strengthening relationships between members and supporting the sustainability of activities in the future, in line with the spirit of togetherness and the development of student potential through student activities.
