Tangerang, September 11, 2026 – The Buddhist Spiritual Activity Unit (UKR), the Buddhist Student Family (KMB) Dhammamitta, Bunda Mulia University, Serpong Campus, held its first activity at the beginning of the 2026/2027 period in the form of a Talkshow “Bloom Together: Growing in Friendship and Dhamma” x Meet and Greet . The activity was held on Friday, September 11, 2026, at Room 504, Alfa Tower, Bunda Mulia University. This meeting was attended by approximately 63 Buddhist student participants from Bunda Mulia University. This activity became an initial meeting place for Buddhist students with administrators and active members of KMB Dhammamitta. Carrying the theme “Bloom Together: Growing in Friendship and Dhamma” , this activity aims to introduce the functions, work programs, and values of the organization, while creating a warm, inclusive, and meaningful atmosphere.
The activity began with a solemn Opening Service, followed by a Closing Service as a series of joint worship. To lighten the atmosphere and strengthen the sense of togetherness among participants, the activity continued with an interactive and exciting Ice Breaking session. The main activity was then filled with a Talkshow and Q&A Session presenting inspiring speakers, namely YM Bhiksu Bhadra Pala Mahasthavira as the Sangha Supervisor of KMB Dhammamitta, Steven Jaya Manggala, S.Bd as Deputy Chair of KMB Dhammamitta for the 6th Period, and Cherlly Oktavia as Chair of KMB Dhammamitta for the 2026/2027 Period. Through the sharing sessions and advice delivered, participants were invited to understand the importance of the Buddhist community in accompanying their study journey, while strengthening the values of Dhamma as a foundation for building healthy and mutually supportive relationships as Kalyanamitta.
After the Talkshow session, the activity continued with the offering of Amisa Puja to the Sangha members as a form of respect. The atmosphere was solemn and full of gratitude. The activity then continued with a Blessing session led by Venerable Bhiksu Bhadra Pala Mahasthavira, so that the participants could gather virtue together in a calm and meaningful atmosphere. The activity then continued with the introduction of the 9th Period of KMB Dhammamitta Management, the presentation of the organization’s activity program, and the socialization of the Open Recruitment Dhammaworker . Through this session, students were able to understand more closely the organizational structure and various opportunities to actively contribute to KMB Dhammamitta.
This Talkshow and Meet and Greet activity is the first step in the organizational regeneration process. By creating a positive first impression, KMB Dhammamitta hopes to give birth to a generation of Dhammaworkers who are active, dedicated, and have a high spirit in developing Buddhism in the campus environment. Through this activity, KMB Dhammamitta Bunda Mulia University Serpong Campus opens a new page full of hope, making this meeting moment not just an introduction event, but the beginning of a shared journey to grow, learn, and strengthen the bonds of brotherhood in the spirit of Dhamma .
