Jakarta, August 31, 2026 — The BIEMS TEATER Student Activity Unit of Bunda Mulia University held the “First Act: Begin Your Journey in Theater” activity at The UBM Seminar Room , 7th Floor of the UBM Ancol Campus. This activity became a forum for students to get to know BIEMS TEATER while learning the basics of theater through various interactive activities. The series of activities began with the performance of “KECOA TERBANG” (FLYING COCKROACH) , followed by a welcome speech, division introductions, and an introduction to the basics of theater which include acting, expression, vocal training, gestures, and blocking. Participants also participated in exercises, games, and group activities to increase courage, creativity, communication, and cooperation. Through this activity, it is hoped that participants can get to know BIEMS TEATER better, develop their potential, and make this activity a first step to continue learning, working, and growing together.
