XCM Open Recruitment Period 2026/2027 as a Step to Organizational Regeneration and Strengthen Student Leadership

Jakarta, September 12, 2026, Excellent Community of Management (XCM) Ancol, the Ancol Management Study Program Student Association, has carried out the XCM Open Recruitment for the 2026/2027 Period as part of the organization’s regeneration efforts and management sustainability. This annual activity is a forum for Ancol Management Study Program students to join, develop their potential, and contribute through ideas, creativity, and innovation in supporting XCM’s vision and mission. Through this recruitment process, XCM is committed to recruiting students who have a passion for organization, responsibility, and readiness to collaborate in creating an active, productive, and sustainable organizational environment.

The XCM Ancol Open Recruitment for the 2026/2027 Period was held face-to-face (onsite) on Saturday, September 12, 2026, involving approximately 25 participants, including active XCM members. This activity took place in Classrooms 705 and 706 with a series of activities that included the Creative division selection through the creation of Instagram feed designs, the design review process, and candidate interview sessions from various divisions, especially Creative and Finance. The entire selection series was accompanied by the XCM Advisor, Elkunny Dovir Siratan, S.Par., MM, along with the management team such as the Deputy Chairperson, Division Head, and Deputy Division Head from each field. The selection process was carried out transparently, objectively, and competitively to obtain the best prospective members who fit the organization’s needs.

Through this activity, XCM hopes to produce the next generation of the organization who possess leadership skills, communication, teamwork, and commitment in carrying out organizational responsibilities. Open Recruitment is not only a process of accepting new members, but also a strategic step in developing a cadre of Ancol Management students who are able to actively contribute and bring innovation to the development of the organization. With the existence of quality regeneration, XCM is optimistic that it can strengthen the existence of the organization and continue various work programs in the 2026/2027 management period in a more optimal and sustainable manner.
