Both performed, bringing the spirit of unity, diversity, culture, and Indonesian tourism. Through storytelling , the participants not only conveyed a story but also introduced the nation’s identity to a wider audience. Before participating in the competition, Steven and Audrey underwent a series of preparations that included concept development, material development, expression training, character building, and refining storytelling techniques. The training process was carried out intensively with the guidance of their supervisors. Participation in the AUP CUP 2026 is proof that UBM Hospitality and Tourism students are not only prepared to have academic knowledge, but are also encouraged to dare to perform, compete, and develop communication skills at the international level. Although on this occasion the competition results did not meet the expected target, the struggle of both participants is still a proud achievement. They have demonstrated courage to step out of their comfort zones, face challenges, and represent the university in an international competition. This experience is a crucial step in their journey to continue growing. Every process of practice, evaluation, and performance provides valuable lessons that can be used as capital for facing various future competitions. The Hospitality and Tourism Study Program at Bunda Mulia University expresses its appreciation for the hard work of the participants and their supervisors. This participation is expected to inspire other students to not be afraid to try, continue to hone their abilities, and dare to bring their best potential to a wider stage. Because achievement is not only about standing on the podium, but also about the courage to start, consistency in the process, and the spirit to come back stronger.
