Jakarta, August 21, 2026, Excellent Community of Management (XCM) Bunda Mulia University, Ancol Campus, an organization of the Management Study Program Student Association, held an “XCM Gathering” event as an initial step to introduce the organization to new students of the Management Study Program, Bunda Mulia University, Ancol Campus.
This event aims to foster a sense of togetherness, kinship, and a spirit of collaboration within the extended family of the Management Study Program, Bunda Mulia University, Ancol Campus. Through face-to-face activities, XCM wants to ensure that new students can get to know the organization more closely, starting from the profile, management, to the work programs carried out.
The XCM Gathering was held at The Premier Room (Onsite) on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 11:30 AM to 1:15 PM WIB, attended by new students of the Management Study Program and all XCM members. The event began with an opening by the MC, followed by remarks from the XCM advisor, Mr. Elkunny Dovir Siratan, S.Par., MM. After that, the activity continued with an icebreaker to break the ice and build warm interactions from the start. Next, the new students were introduced to XCM in more depth by the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Division Chairperson, and Vice Division Chairperson through a series of introductory sessions and informational sessions regarding the roles and programs that members can participate in. Following the introductory sessions, the event continued with games that strengthened the cohesiveness and togetherness among participants, while also providing a space for building closeness among members. To conclude, prizes were awarded to the game winners and a group photo was taken as a souvenir, before the event officially ended.
This event is expected to provide a deeper understanding of XCM’s vision and mission to new students, as well as encourage active student participation in organizational activities. With the smooth and friendly implementation of the “XCM Gathering,” XCM hopes to form a spirit of togetherness that can continue to be a provision for students of the Management Study Program at Bunda Mulia University, Ancol Campus, to develop, contribute, and collaborate within the campus environment.
